It all began when we were gifted with Dolly in 2019! She became the catalyst for getting animals back on the family farmland. Our dreams are to use animals for therapy and outdoor education.

The old corrals were cleaned up, old barn razed and new barn roofed in preparation for lambing in 2020. We had a successful season with several to follow.

Spring of 2024 brought us a few new chicks to maintain fresh egg supply!

Life has placed a pause button on growth, in fact, I had to reduce the livestock to manage both the farm, teaching full time, and starting up The Lively Oak Event Center. For now, the animals are my therapy!
